If the hotel is further than a couple miles away, you will need to know if they have a hotel airport shuttle service. If you have a delayed flight or just need to stay for the night before your flight, you will need to eat. Hotels at the airport or hotels near the airport should have some form of dining. Many of the airport hotels have some dining within the hotel or within walking distance, but you always need to make sure before confirming your reservation. When you find the hotels near the airport or hotels at the airport that you decide to stay at, you can just confirm that they have a swimming pool or some other activities for the children. This is important sometimes when you are traveling with children. Little ones always love the idea of staying in a hotel that has a pool.

Once the hotel is booked, you can then request a hotel shuttle service that will take you to your hotel and the children will have plenty of time to play and have fun. Preferably, an indoor swimming pool is nicer, since they are open all year long, where as the outdoor swimming pools have certain hours they are open.

Many hotels offer in room game consoles, which you can rent the games from them or you can bring your own games along with you. This is another nice thing for the children and some adults as well. If you prefer movies, you can bring your own portable DVD player along to play movies on the televisions in the room that have the hook ups available for such a reason.
